believe in prioritizing each business partners issues by the
severity of each issue and responding to all issues as soon

No unpleasant or unexpected surprises. You should expect that no damage will be done to your network or your data.
Before we start working on your computer or network, we will evaluate your problem and alert you to any potential risks involved in fulfilling your job. If there are any risks, they will be explained in full, and your authorization and agreement will be obtained before the work commences. You can also choose to have your data backed up before we start any work on your machine.

All projects
will be completed as close to on time as humanly possible
and invoiced at the flat rate price that we have previously
agreed upon. Projects that we plan together
as business partners with proper time lines allowed will
complete on time.

Detailed Invoicing -
Your
invoices will reflect the pricing that we have previously
agreed upon for projects as well as our Professional
Services Agreements. We happen to know that we sometimes
make mistakes. You will be our friend by bringing them to
our attention, so we can promptly make it right.
